A power flush will clean your system of magnetite, sludge and rust that has built up over time. 
The flush will restore your system to its former glory. When the system builds up with sludge the pump has to work a lot harder to pump the water round resulting in slower heating up of the radiators and pump burn out increasing your fuel bills.

added impact. we use infra red images before and after the flush to check the system

power flush and a requirement from all manufacturers for your warranty to stand.
